Terms are strictly Net 30 from the date of invoice. Credit is granted at the sole discretion of BooYaa Brands LLC. Any approved limit may differ from the amount requested, and may be reduced or withdrawn at any time. Past due balances bear a late charge, calculated as simple interest and not compounded, of 1.5% per month (18% per year) from the due date until paid, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law if lower. The applicant also agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.

We use this only as a trade reference and to verify your business banking. Please do not enter a full account number on this form. If we need full payment details later, we will collect them separately over a secure channel.

On behalf of the applicant business I authorize BooYaa Brands LLC and its agents to obtain commercial credit reports on the applicant business, to verify the banking information provided, to contact the trade and bank references listed, and to exchange credit and payment information about the applicant business with those references, with commercial credit reporting agencies and with trade credit exchanges, in connection with this application, any request to increase the credit limit, and the ongoing administration and collection of the account. This authorization continues for as long as the account remains open or any balance remains outstanding. BooYaa Brands LLC does not obtain consumer credit reports on any individual as part of this application. I confirm that the applicant is authorized to provide the reference contact details given above and has informed those contacts that they may be approached. *

A Personal Guaranty from one or more guarantors acceptable to BooYaa Brands LLC is required for a Net-30 credit account. Provide the nominated guarantor's details below. The Guaranty itself will be emailed to the guarantor for electronic signature. No credit account will be opened and no credit limit will take effect until BooYaa Brands LLC has received the signed Guaranty. The details below are not a guaranty and create no obligation on the person named.

If this application is declined, or approved on terms less favourable than requested, BooYaa Brands LLC will notify the applicant within 30 days and will give the specific reasons for that decision. A guarantor acceptable to BooYaa Brands LLC may be any creditworthy individual nominated by the applicant. BooYaa Brands LLC does not require a guarantor to be the applicant's spouse, and does not require any person's spouse to sign.
